QUICKSEAL CEMENTITIOUS GROUT MATERIAL

UNIV® QUICKSEAL CEMENTITIOUS GROUT MATERIAL – KENA is a high-strength cementitious grout material specially developed for flexible and rigid wearing courses. It is formulated with high-strength silica sand and 100% silica sand technology to provide excellent bonding, durability, moisture resistance and resistance against braking and accelerating effects of traffic.

CGM Thickness Layer

3 mm for traffic up to 4–5 MSA.
Application thickness should be finalized according to designed traffic and project requirements.

How to Apply

Surface Preparation:
Clean the wearing course surface and remove loose dust, dirt and other contaminants before application.

Application:
Pour UNIV® QUICKSEAL Cementitious Grout Material – KENA over the prepared wearing course and spread uniformly using suitable manual or mechanical methods.

Sweeping, squeezing or similar techniques may be used to ensure proper spreading and penetration into surface voids.

The grout should be allowed to flow naturally into the voids of the bituminous/concrete surface. Where required, protect the edges to prevent grout slurry from flowing out.

For improved surface texture and penetration, broom the grouted surface manually or mechanically.

Shelf Life

It has a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture.

Store at a cool and dry place.
